This patient’s journey is a true testament to the power of personalized rehabilitation. Upon admission, he was bed-bound, dependent on a Hoyer lift, and required assistance with all daily activities. Through individualized skilled physical and occupational therapy, our team focused on improving strength, mobility, and independence.
With dedication and hard work, remarkable progress was achieved. The patient advanced to walking independently with a two-wheel walker and regained independence in daily activities. He was successfully discharged home with renewed confidence and the ability to return to independent living.
