Asbury Park Nursing And Rehabilitation Center is honored to partner with Dr. Ashkan Javaheri as one of our associate Medical Directors. Dr. Ashkan Javaheri is a board-certified geriatrician with Mercy Medical Group/ Dignity Health Medical Foundation. He has dedicated his career to promoting and improving care in post-acute and long-term care settings. Dr. Javaheri has been the medical director at Asbury Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center since 2009. He is the associate clinical professor at UC Davis teaching geriatric medicine to students and residents. He works with several agencies at the state and national levels to raise awareness of the challenges of caring for older adults at different settings.
